I’m currently reading The Republic by Plato which is amazing, though Freedom of the Hills would probably be my all time favourite! Thanks for the chance!

ps I hit the 500th ‘like’ on Facebook!

As for my favorite book, it’d have to be “Mud, Sweat, and Tears” by Bear Grylls. You guys are awesome, thank you!

by Christian Beamish. I’ve always wanted to sail… The book that got me outdoors was “Hatchet” by Gary Paulsen.

Have read and loved Yvons books and Steve Houses book is excellent. It is going to have to be Closer to the Ground for me. I’m already trying to live a life with less resources, so the chance of learning from others who have done so is something I’d like to have.

Favourite book of all time… going to have to be 1984 by George Orwell. Excellent read, somewhat scary as it is the direction things are going once again.

Beyond the mountain is a great book, by a great alpinist. All that glitters, by Margo Talbot, I am currently engrossed. The hobbit plus lord of Rings, obviously amazing and my first love Huck Finn, first great book about adventure! I could go on but that hopefully covers a few bases.
